Rae Ann Ianniello, M.A.

Rae Ann Ianniello holds a Master’s degree in Communication, two teaching credentials, a certificate in Human Resources Management and a Master Trainer certificate from NUMMI (Toyota affiliate). She has served as the President of the HR Connection (a professional educational and networking group), and is a member of the American Society for Training & Development. Rae Ann has presented courses using several modalities including Instructor-led, hybrid, and online courses for a wide variety of organizations, including high-tech, start-ups, profits and non-profits, large and small businesses, and government agencies. A dynamic, hands-on instructor, she delivers in-depth training that is interactive, practical, and fun!

Marla has 30+ years of Training and Organization Development success designing and delivering management, communication, public speaking and transformational change programs nationally and globally for academic, corporate, and federal organizations. A charismatic facilitator, she has a reputation for high relevance and creative training approaches. Her laser sharp understanding of people and communication styles enable her to easily coach individuals to operate successfully in challenging business situations. Marla holds an M.Ed. in Special Education from the University of San Diego and an M.A. in Educational Technology from San Diego State University, and was a Special Education teacher in a previous career.
