Susan Drucker Hunsaker is an entrepreneur and certified executive coach who learned the fundamentals of business from both a Fortune 500 company and through her own experience as an entrepreneur. Susan coaches business leaders and owners to develop their organizations into thriving, sustainable practices. Her mission is to help business leaders and entrepreneurs find the right tools and levers to make their business more enjoyable and successful.

Susan has lived and breathed the highs and lows of business ownership as a hospitality entrepreneur and restaurateur. She knows that moving every percentage point, training every new hire and exceeding customer expectations calls on a strong inner game. In an industry where the failure rate is 80% in the first 5 years, she and her husband have run a thriving, profitable restaurant & events business for more than 8 years.

As a founding stylist with Stella and Dot she led a top sales team and was awarded “The Heart of Leadership Award”. When the opportunity came to test a trunk show channel for Williams-Sonoma’s Mark and Graham, she jumped at the chance. This endeavor involved literally writing the playbook for a brand new sales channel. She and her team met proof of concept metrics for the year in under 9 months.

Susan holds a B.A. in Studio Arts from Loyola Marymount University, a Masters in Educational Technology from the University of San Francisco, a Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Center for Executive Coaching, and an Accredited Coach Credential from the International Coach Federation. She is an executive coach for the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center’s Milestone Makers program.

Annie brings great passion and a long track record of developing individuals, leaders and collaborative teams to maximize performance in the workplace. Most recently, Annie was Director at Apple Education and successfully led teams through change management, professional development, and product launches. She is highly skilled at analyzing situations, developing communication strategies and providing solutions with a keen eye toward the end goal.

Annie is a Certified Executive Coach (Center for Executive Coaching), a Wiley Certified Trainer for Everything DiSC® and for The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®. She started Limelight Strategies which focuses on individual and group coaching with the intent of helping organizations optimize effectiveness and make their business distinct.

Deepak Patil has dedicated 20 years of his career to helping individuals, teams, and organizations in being the best versions of themselves. As a certified facilitator and coach, he designs and facilitates strategic change interventions, leads workshops for senior and middle management and is a coach to corporate executives. He brings a fusion of methodologies like IT-enabled collective intelligence tools and experiential learning exercises along with a deep understanding of systems thinking and interpersonal dynamics to the interventions he designs and leads. Deepak has a doctorate in Organization Development (OD), a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and is a certified OD and MBTI professional.

Holly Allen, ACC is a certified executive coach and consultant with 30 plus years’ experience as a leader in the publishing and corporate training industries. Building on this experience, Holly helps leaders uncover insights and stretch their abilities by examining their beliefs, motivations, and behaviors. Leaders and teams are faced with increasing organizational complexity. Relational and communication skills are critical given the emphasis on cross-functional team collaboration in today’s organizations. Holly has successfully led teams through complex projects and initiatives. She was recognized numerous times by her peers and senior leadership as someone who pulls teams together to achieve breakthrough results in record time. Holly helps leaders overcome communication challenges by starting with self-discovery and providing the necessary practical tools to see fast and impactful results. In addition to her coaching certification, Holly is certified in tools that provide deeper insights guiding the coaching discussions in communication, collaboration, and productivity. Pamela Coburn-Litvak, PhD CEC HLC

Pamela Coburn-Litvak is a neuroscientist, author, speaker, and certified executive coach (CEC). Pam helps executives and organizations reduce their stress load in terms of overwhelm, time and priorities management, disorganization, and personnel issues like conflict and team building. Drawing on 25 years of research and teaching the principles of stress management and resilience, Pam’s mission is to help her clients prevent burnout and promote well-being.

While getting her PhD in neuroscience, Pam learned that the stress we face in life often leaves us vulnerable to clinical issues like anxiety and depression, as well as increasing our risk of heart attack and stroke. And she realized something else: a lot of our stress happens at work. Over 80% of U.S. workers report having significant workplace stress, and U.S. companies spend $300 billion each year on stress-related issues like low productivity and absenteeism. We spend another $200 billion in the United States alone on health issues like migraines, ulcers, and high blood pressure.

So, Pam now teaches and coaches in university classrooms, public seminars, and to business leaders. She has an Accredited Coach Credential from the International Coach Federation, holds a specialty certification for Healthcare Leadership Coaching (HLC), and has developed a well-being coaching program for clinicians. Pam’s research has been published in scientific journals like Neuroscience and Neurobiology of Learning and Behavior. Her latest book on stress, depression, and anxiety, Leaving the Shadowland, is also currently available.

Jonathan Bissell oversees CCCE Corporate Training Solutions and is Executive Director of Community, Continuing and Corporate Education (CCCE) with SMCCCD. He is a seasoned leader with expertise in designing and delivering training programs for U.S. and international private and public-sector organizations, including diverse organizations such as Google, Snowflake, Accenture, UNIMINUTO, San Mateo County Human Services Agency, Main Street Launch, SamTrans, and SEIU Education Fund.

Jonathan is a Certified Contract Trainer, Certified Executive Coach, High Performance Patterns Coach, Board Certified Coach (BCC), ACC ICF-Credentialed Coach, Working Genius Certified Master Facilitator, and a Milestone Coach with the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center’s Milestone Makers start-up founder acceleration program.

Jonathan is the recipient of the 2020 Star Performer award for Leadership by the California Community College’s Contract Education (CE) Technical Assistance Provider (TAP), awarded to contract education programs making exceptional contributions to the field of workplace education and training. He has a Master's in Applied Linguistics from Teachers College, Columbia University.

Sandy Benz is deeply passionate about the people side of organizational change — with expertise in leader and team development, employee engagement, change and transition management and emotional intelligence. Her 20-year career in organizational development has involved coaching, consulting and facilitating leaders to adjust one’s mindsets, behaviors and outcomes particularly in the areas of interpersonal dynamics.
