Susan Gandhi Schultz
Susan Gandhi Schultz has been an intercultural, global diversity, and workforce development consultant for over 20 years. Her expertise is the successful design and facilitation of a wide variety of cross-cultural effectiveness and global learning and development programs. Susan’s focus is on building practical, intrinsic, sustained, skills and competencies geared towards issues faced in today’s changing global workplace. These include global leadership and management, working with specific cultures, cultural awareness, intercultural communication, intercultural team building, global business practices, virtual teams, customer service, expatriate preparation and repatriation, and a variety of other L&D workshops. She also consults on joint ventures and modifies projects and initiatives for international relevance and effectiveness.
Susan has worked in management and consulting positions in India, the United States, Sweden, and Austria, as well as extensively on projects all over the world.
Susan has multiple Masters degrees in Business Management and Intercultural Relations. On a personal note, Susan is in a cross-cultural marriage and raising 2 bi-cultural children.
